RINA. How to be the excellence, behind every excellence.

RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) is a global corporation founded in Genoa in 1861 that leads industries to success, assisting them in the most effective, safe and sustainable way across the Energy, Marine, Certification, Transport & Infrastructure and Industry sectors. 
We translated their mission and values into a new line: “Excellence Behind Excellence”. It means creating the necessary conditions to make a project excel; to be behind something to bring it forward; to be the link between ideas and realization, between certification and use. 

Our new logo perfectly represents RINA’s identity as it combines past and future: their historical tradition of excellence leads the way to innovation and future excellence. The stylized arrow on the left represents the past, while the stylized arrow on the right represents the future, both combined to create excellence. We created a new brand manifesto and renewed visual identity assets as well.
